These Terms also expressly apply to our marketing partners, affiliates, parties calling or texting on their behalf, and any other parties participating in our promotional, referral, or affiliate programs (collectively, "Marketing Partners"). These terms include a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect your legal rights.
By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by them, as well as by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms shall be enforceable by Company as well as its Marketing Partners and affiliates. You acknowledge that Company's Marketing Partners and affiliates shall be considered intended third-party beneficiaries to all rights and benefits outlined within these Terms as well as the Privacy Policy and any claim or defense available to Company shall similarly be available to Company's Marketing Partners and affiliates, including but not limited to the enforcement of the waiver of class action lawsuits and binding arbitration provisions.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO APPRISE YOURSELF OF JUDICIAL PROCESS, INCLUDING CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS, FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS OR CONTROVERSIES YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST COMPANY, ITS MARKETING PARTNERS AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS INCLUDES AGREEING TO RESOLVE ANY TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) AND/OR DO-NOT-CALL (DNC) CLAIMS BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
Funds For You reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice, including to comply with applicable laws or regulations. We also reserve the right to update or revise these Terms from time to time, and the "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest version. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Services and Products on Offer
Funds For You is not a lender and is not responsible for any credit decisions that may be made about you or any lending product or other financial product that may be offered to you. Loan offers and other financial product offers are provided solely by independent, third-party companies. Any additional services or products available through this Service are offered by and remain the sole responsibility of any respective product vendors and/or service providers.
Funds For You provides no advice regarding the suitability, terms, or conditions of any loan or product. All users are encouraged to independently review loan and product terms and consult with a financial advisor before accepting any offer.
Submitting your information does not guarantee loan or product approval or that you will be connected with a lender or other financial product provider, nor receive the full loan amount requested. You are under no obligation to accept a loan or any other product offer once you are connected with a provider.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Funds For You and the Websites regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
Loan Request Policy
Funds For You reserves the right to reject your request for any reason not prohibited by law. Additional information or verification may be required before your form is accepted.
When you submit your information through our Service, you will be connected with a lender or other partner based on their policies and procedures for further consideration. This does not mean your loan has been approved or you have been approved for any other product or service.
Funds For You is not responsible for taking, approving or denying your loan request. Loan or other product approval is solely the lender's or other partner's decision.
You agree that if we cannot find a lender or lending partner that can offer you the type of loan you requested, we may attempt to connect you with other lending partners or other partners offering alternative loan products or other financial products. You are under no obligation to accept any product offered through our service.
Changes to Loan Processing or Partner Networks
Funds For You may modify the methods used to process loan requests, update our network of lending or other financial product partners, or change the types of loans or products we facilitate at any time.
E-sign Consent
You agree that clicking "Submit Loan Request" (or another button that submits your form) acts as your electronic signature. You authorize Funds For You, our Websites, Marketing Partners, and any affiliated lenders or partners to communicate with you electronically, including required disclosures (e.g., notices of adverse action). You confirm that you have the ability to access documents electronically, including the ability to view and save PDF files.
Credit Authorization
You authorize Funds For You, our Websites and our Marketing Partners to: (i) Obtain your credit and consumer information from credit bureaus (e.g., TransUnion, Experian, Equifax); (ii) Use your information for identity verification and debt-to-income analysis; (iii) Share your information with lenders or service providers for credit decisions and prequalification.
Site Access and Record Keeping
By consenting to electronic communications and credit authorization, you agree that Funds For You and Marketing Partners may retain records of your consent and interactions and may provide such records to third parties as necessary for compliance, auditing, or dispute resolution purposes.
Changes to Consent or Authorization
You may revoke or modify your consent for electronic communications or credit authorization at any time by contacting Funds For You, Marketing Partners or the applicable lender or product provider, provided that such revocation does not affect any processing already underway.
Operational Transparency
Funds For You may update its methods for obtaining and sharing credit information, or implement additional identity verification measures, in accordance with applicable law and lender or other financial partner requirements.
Eligibility and Restrictions
To submit a loan request through our Service, you must be: At least 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the United States of America.
You represent that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to the United States Government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You agree not to use this Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Funds For You may update eligibility criteria, including age, residency, or other requirements, in accordance with legal obligations or lender or other provider's policies
Site Access and User Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service. Funds For You reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information, passwords, or credentials associated with the Service. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Funds For You may limit or restrict access to the Service at its discretion for any reason not prohibited by law.
Service Use
Funds For You does not charge you to use this Service. We are not acting as an agent for: (i) you, (ii) any lender or financial service partner, or (iii) any supplier or vendor used in the evaluation of your loan inquiry or other use of this Service. We may receive compensation from lenders or lending partners and other third parties for the services we provide to them, related or not to the Service we provided to you.
Email and SMS Marketing
By providing your email address, you consent to receive both transactional and promotional emails from Funds For You, Marketing Partners, lenders, affiliates and other third parties.
By submitting your information on this Service, you are voluntarily opting-in to mobile marketing. You expressly consent to receive SMS marketing messages from Funds For You, Marketing Partners, affiliates, and third-party partners. You understand and agree that message and data rates may apply (based on your individual carrier and plan), and you are solely responsible for these charges.
You understand and agree that: (i) By expressly authorizing and willingly requesting Funds For You, Marketing Partners, affiliates, and third-party partners to send you SMS Messages, you waive your right to file a claim with the FTC, FCC, or any other federal or state agency with regard to such contact; (ii) Opting-in to SMS marketing with Funds For You, Marketing Partners, affiliates, and third-party partners overrides all corporate, state, or federal Do-Not-Contact registry listings; (iii) You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from each individual sender by following instructions provided in any SMS message. All requests to unsubscribe from SMS Messages from Funds For You and Marketing Partners are added to our Do-Not-Contact list within ten (10) days of receipt; (iv) Unsubscribing from Funds For You SMS marketing does not unsubscribe you from third parties. You must contact them directly; (v) If you resubmit your information, you consent to resume receiving messages from Funds For You, Marketing Partners, affiliates, and third-party partners; (vi) You confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provided to us and approve any applicable charges.
Changes to Marketing Policies
Funds For You may modify marketing practices, opt-in procedures, or communication frequencies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated marketing terms.
Compliance with Laws and Investigations
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of this Service and any third-party products or services accessed through it.
We reserve the right to: (i) Investigate any potential violations of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; (ii) Suspend or terminate customer access during investigations; (iii) Delete data from our servers to minimize further violations; (iv) Report actual or perceived violations of law to law enforcement or other authorities.
You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation. You acknowledge that violating the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy could subject you to criminal or civil penalties.

Funds For You AND MARKETING PARTNERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATION REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY. Funds For You AND MARKETING PARTNERS MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THIS SERVICE OR ANY ASSOCIATED CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Funds For You AND MARKETING PARTNERS DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THIS SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES PROVIDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, Funds For You AND MARKETING PARTNERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNITERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Funds For You, ITS PARTICIPATING MARKETING PARTNERS, LENDERS, ADVERTISERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THIS SERVICE AND/OR Funds For You SERVICES; (ii) ANY DELAY OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THIS SERVICE; (iii) ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SERVICE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE; (iv) ANY OTHER USE OF THIS SERVICE, WHETHER RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Funds For You OR ITS PARTICIPATING LENDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES, or (v) PARTICIPITATION IN ANY MARKETING, AFFILIATE, OR PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS.
Under no circumstances will Funds For You, its Marketing Partners or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to You or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, special, or similar damages or costs (including, but not limited to, lost profits or data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or claims of third parties) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Service, or the transmission of information over the Internet—even if Funds For You or its Marketing Partners were advised, knew, or should have known of the possibility of such damages or costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funds For You and its Marketing Partners shall not be liable for any punitive, exemplary, or enhanced damages, including but not limited to damages intended to penalize, punish, or deter misconduct. You expressly waive any claim to punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the nature of the alleged loss or legal theory asserted. This limitation of liability shall apply to all users and Marketing Partners. Nothing in this section shall limit any express rights, remedies, or defenses to Marketing Partners under these Terms.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE RESPECTIVE LIABILITY OF Funds For You, ITS PARTICIPATING LENDERS, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnity
As a condition of your use of this Service, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Funds For You, its Marketing Partners, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, service providers, and partners that provide services in the operation of this Service, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including attorneys' fees and arbitration costs) arising out of, relating to or resulting from: (i) your use or attempted use of this Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy; (iii) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (iv) any communications you send, content you post, or submissions made through the Service.
This indemnity obligation applies regardless of whether the claims arise from negligence, strict liability, or any other legal authority. Indemnity obligations survive the termination of your use of the Service or these Terms and Conditions.

Disputes and Legal Terms
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"). You agree that any dispute or legal action related to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Service provided shall be resolved in accordance with this governing law.
If, and only if, a court of competent jurisdiction finds either the Arbitration or Class Action Waiver provisions below unenforceable, and Your claim may proceed via judicial process, you hereby irrevocably agree to exclusively submit to the jurisdiction of any state court sitting in Delaware for purposes of all legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Each party waives any right to remove to federal court or to object to venue on the basis of inconvenient forum, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This governing law shall also apply to any dispute involving Marketing Partners, whether arising from referral activity, marketing conduct, or the use of the Service.
Binding Arbitration
You agree to resolve any and all disputes you may have concerning any aspect of these Terms and Conditions or the Service arising out of, connected with, or relating to you interaction with Funds For You or its Marketing Partners ("Disputes") through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the Consumer Arbitration Rules ("Arbitration Rules"), and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), in your county of residence by filing a Demand for Arbitration. The arbitrator has the exclusive authority to resolve any dispute and decide all issues, including validity or enforceability of these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on all parties.
In any arbitration or legal proceeding permitted under these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover the cost of arbitration, travel expenses, expert testimony, travel expenses of experts, and all other expenses reasonably incurred in bringing or defending an arbitration claim, from the other party unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, representative, or mass action.
You expressly waive any right to file or participate in a class action, mass arbitration, or any joint claim with other users against Funds For You, its affiliates, service providers, participating lenders, or any related parties.
Each party further waives joining or consolidating claim in arbitration or litigating in court any claim as a representative or member of a class or in a private attorney general capacity. This waiver applies equally to all users and Marketing Partners.
These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a waiver of any of your rights and remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitration as provided above. This provision preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class action lawsuits is an independent agreement. You may opt-out of these Dispute Resolution Provisions by providing written notice of your decision within thirty (30) days of the date that you first access or use this service.
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT: (I) THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ATTORNEY'S FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PURSUING THE CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION (NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION IN THESE T&C'S, OTHER INCORPORATED AGREEMENTS, CONSENTS OR GUIDELINES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PRIVACY POLICY PROVIDED WITHIN ANY MARKETING PARTNER WEBSITES); AND (II) THE PARTY WHO INITIATES OR PARTICIPATES AS A MEMBER OF THE CLASS WILL NOT SUBMIT A CLAIM OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN ANY RECOVERY SECURED THROUGH THE CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Regardless of your opt-out decision:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, VIA YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO: (i) A JURY TRIAL, (ii) BRING, JOIN OR PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR A CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT OR MULTI-PARTY ARBITRATION BROUGHT AGAINST US, OUR MARKETING PARTNERS, AND ANY PERSON RELATED TO US OR A SERVICE PROVIDER USED BY US TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
No arbitration or legal proceeding may be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties involved.
THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUT IS INTENDED TO BE ENFORCED TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
Termination of Use
Funds For You may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason or no reason at all, and without future obligation.
While no cause is necessary for us to terminate your access to the Service, possible reasons for such termination shall include, without limitation: (i) if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or applicable law, or (ii) you acted in a manner that is harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with the intent of the Service.
You agree that all terminations shall be made at Funds For You absolute discretion, and that we shall not be liable to you for any termination of your account or access to the Service.
Important Disclosures
Not a Lender Disclaimer
Funds For You is not a lender, loan broker, financial institution or an agent of a loan broker or lender. We do not participate in lending decisions or determine loan eligibility. All loan approval processes and decisions are made by independent third-party lenders.
We provide a no obligation, free of charge service introducing prospective borrowers to prospective lenders who offer loans or other financial service providers offering other financial products.
Advertiser Disclosure
Funds For You receives compensation from lenders and/or lending or other product partners who, based on their scorecards or other proprietary criteria, decide that a potential borrower may meet their lending conditions. This compensation is typically in the form of referral fees, and may influence which offers you are presented with.
The offer you receive may be coming from the lending partner that bid the most for your information. As a result, the offers presented may not always feature the lowest available interest rates or most favorable loan terms. Funds For You does not guarantee that you will receive the best available rates or offers.
Not all lenders or financial offers available in the marketplace are included on this site. We encourage you to explore all your options and compare loan offers independently to determine the best solution for your financial needs.
Tribal Lending Disclosure
In certain cases, you may be connected to a Tribal Lending Enterprise ("TLE"), which is owned and operated by a federally recognized Native American tribe. Lending Partner's Disclosure
When a lender chooses to extend a loan offer, they are legally required to provide clear documentation detailing all applicable terms, including: (i) Interest rates, (ii) Total repayment amounts, (iii) Fees (including those for late payments, if any), and (iv) Conditions for refinancing, renewing, or rolling over the loan (where permitted by law)
Loan terms are determined solely by the lender or financial service provider based on their internal policies, underwriting criteria, and applicable legal regulations. Funds For You does not influence or control the specific terms or conditions of any loan offer made to you.
Financial Difficulty & Late Payment Warning
Failing to make a payment or submitting a late payment may result in negative consequences, including: (i) Adverse effects on your credit score, (ii) Additional fees or penalties, or (iii) Potential collection actions by the lender.
We urge you to only accept loan terms that fit within your financial means. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, contact your lender immediately to discuss your options. Responsible borrowing is essential to maintaining your financial health.
If you are experiencing serious financial hardship, we recommend considering other alternatives or seeking professional financial advice.
